I ordered a bracelet from deucebrand.com and it didn’t fit right, so I figured I’d just exchange it. Apparently that was too much to ask, because their return instructions were confusing and I kept getting sent in circles like it was my fault for not understanding their messy process.

Customer service took forever to get back to me, and when they finally did, the response barely helped at all. It felt like they were more interested in making the exchange difficult than actually fixing the issue.
I’m annoyed because this should’ve been simple. Unless they clean up their returns and stop putting the hassle on customers, I won’t be ordering from them again

I wore it for one day and my wrist was itchy and irritated the whole time. I tried reaching out about it, but I kept getting transferred around, which just made the whole thing even more frustrating

I checked out deucebrand.com and I can see they’ve got a solid concept and some interesting products. That said, the site design felt a little messy to me overall. The colors and product photos didn’t look super clean, so it was hard to get a clear feel for the items. It’s not really my style, but I do think the brand has potential if the presentation were a bit more polished.

I was hoping there’d be more ways to customize things, but it felt limited. Kinda disappointing, especially when you expect to be able to make it your own

I bought this hoping it would help during games, but maybe I picked the worst time to try it because it’s been extra hot lately. It got sweaty fast, like within 20 minutes, and then it just felt wet sitting on my skin. I still had to keep wiping my hands anyway, so it didn’t really solve the problem for me. It looks fine, but for actually soaking up sweat, I was disappointed...

I ordered this hoping it would arrive on time, but the tracking barely updated for days and it ended up showing up late. I tried contacting customer support, but I kept getting transferred around and nobody really gave me a clear answer. Frustrating experience overall. I wouldn’t order from here again if I needed something by a specific date...

Even with the discounts, it still felt way overpriced to me. Helped a little, sure, but not enough really.

I ordered the blue, but what showed up looks a lot darker than the pictures. Maybe I misunderstood the shade or my screen made it look different, but it’s not really what I thought I was getting. Kind of disappointed.

It looks fine when you first see it, but I was let down by how it feels on. I expected it to have more give and move with me, but it feels tight and a bit stiff instead. Not terrible, just not as comfortable or flexible as I was hoping for.

I ordered a couple of wristbands and, for some reason, the sizing just didn’t feel right. I checked the size guide before buying, but they still ended up fitting tighter than I expected, which made them kind of annoying to wear for more than a little while.

The quality seems fine overall, so I don’t think that was the issue, but the fit made them pretty much unusable for me. If you’re between sizes, I’d probably go up just to be safe.

So... I was expecting better quality. The item felt a bit flimsy right out of the box, and it just didn’t hold up well for me. Disappointing overall, and I don’t think I’d order from here again.

I tried wearing this for a basketball game, and once I started sweating it just kept sliding around. It was annoying the whole time. I still remember stopping near the free throw line and adjusting it for what felt like the tenth time, which was weirdly the thing that stuck with me. It looks fine, but I wouldn’t use it for actual sports.

Every time I check, it’s already out of stock. I swear these limited drops sell out so fast it almost feels like they’re gone before regular people even get a fair shot. Not saying there’s something weird going on... but it definitely makes you wonder.

I bought this from Deuce Brand hoping it’d be comfortable for workouts. Not really. The breathability just wasn’t there for me, and my wrist started getting sweaty fast.

After a little while it felt sticky and annoying to wear. I ended up taking it off halfway through my workout. Maybe it’s fine for other people, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

I was ready to order a couple of bracelets, but once I got to checkout, the shipping cost was ridiculous. It was almost as much as the items in my cart, which made the whole purchase feel not worth it.
I get that shipping can’t always be free, but this just seemed way over the top. I ended up closing the tab without buying anything, and what made it more annoying is there was no follow-up at all, no email or anything to maybe offer help or explain the cost.

I was hopeful when I ordered this, but after paying I started feeling a little unsure about it. Once I wore it for a while, my skin got really red and itchy. I took it off and stopped using it, and the irritation slowly went away. I don’t know what’s in it, but it definitely didn’t agree with my skin.

The item itself might be fine, but compared to other orders I’ve received, the packaging was disappointing. The box showed up crushed and even wet, which made it feel like it wasn’t protected very well during shipping.

I ordered a specific bracelet size and color, but what showed up was totally different. The weird part is the packing slip had my actual order correct, so I’m not sure how they managed to mess it up. I emailed them about it and ended up having to chase them just to get a proper response, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. Not a great experience and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.
